Moderate brightness, peach notes, and floral hints with an overlay of chocolate roast taste and dense body. In fact that might be the reason I liked this coffee with a little more roast on it. The chocolate bittersweet tang is really pleasant at this level, while lemon hints come through to vivify the cup flavors. Full City to Full City+.

Let this coffee rest after roasting! The winey and jammy acidity is fully integrated into the syrupy body and there's more complexity to the sweetness, with caramel and vanilla present at FC. Trying a sampler is the best way in my opinion to get started
home roasting. Especially if you are not sure what coffee to choose. We can
not promise a particular origin in the sampler. In the 4 Pound and 8 Pound Samplers,
we try to include a coffee from every coffee growing continent, and a range of processes. Some
folks have suggested that having a larger quantity of a single bean that
takes a range of roasts is a better way to learn roasting - I think getting
a range of flavors so you can start to see the difference origin makes is
better. The choice is up to you really. Samplers are a great value - if you ordered the same coffees ala cart from our list - you would spend 20 to 25% more! And all the coffees inthe samplers are the same quality as what we offer on the list - no bargain basement special. | ||
